Pricing
Less than a twentieth of what an agency takes.
A letting agency takes 4–6 % of your annual rent. On three apartments at CHF 2'000, that's CHF 2'880 to CHF 4'320 a year. Landlo costs CHF 140 a year.

What you're really paying for
Rental-management software exists. Software that knows Swiss law, much less so.
Most European tools manage properties and tenants very well. But their rent-revision engine follows foreign indices — not the Swiss mortgage reference rate, which is the only mechanism that matters here.
- The reference rate, at 1,25 %, and which of your leases are affected
- Your canton's official form, and the art. 269d CO deadline
- The service-charge statement, on an instalment or flat-rate regime
- The QR-bill and camt.053 / camt.054 bank reconciliation
- The rent-deposit rules and the release deadlines
Frequently asked questions
What landlords ask us
Why pay, when a spreadsheet is free?
Because a spreadsheet won't tell you the reference rate has changed, doesn't know the art. 269d CO deadline, and won't prepare your tax pack. If all you need is to store figures, a spreadsheet is enough — and we'd rather say so.
What happens if I exceed the number of units?
Nothing is abruptly blocked. You're notified, and you choose whether to move up a plan. We never delete data because a plan changed.
Can I cancel?
At any time, with no notice period. Your data stays exportable: it's yours, not ours.
Is the free plan time-limited?
No. One unit stays free, indefinitely. It's the most common case in Switzerland and we'd rather serve it properly.
Does Landlo replace a letting agency?
No. An agency also does the human work: viewings, calls, coordinating tradespeople. Landlo replaces the administrative part and the memory of the file. For a landlord already handling their own tenants, the maths is quick.
