Service-charge statement
The annual statement of actual ancillary costs when the lease provides for instalments: what it cost, what was paid, the difference. The tenant may inspect the receipts.
Only the costs named in the lease may appear in it, shared between the units by a key — surface, rooms or consumption. A late statement does not forfeit the claim, but the tenant may demand that it be drawn up.
